Our spot is at Quarter Number C-19 in the Hindalco Riverside Colony. This is located in Hirakud, which is in the Sambalpur district of Orissa. The pin code here is 768016. We are part of National Aluminium Company Ltd, though being in the Hindalco colony can sometimes be confusing for visitors. It's a nice enough area near the river. We don't have a big corporate team here. It’s just a few of us handling the local tasks. We aren't into using big words or trying to sound like a fancy business. We just tell it like it is. Most of us have been living in this part of Orissa for a long time. We know the roads and the people. The office is small and simple, just like the way we work. We don't have a big mission to write down on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done for the day, and then head home. The river being so close makes it a bit different than the other plant sites. It’s a bit more peaceful here. We don't do anything flashy. If you have some business with Nalco in Hirakud, this is usually where you’d find us. We try to be helpful without making a big production out of it. It’s just a normal day at the office for us.
