You can find us at House No.9, right near the bus stand in Laida. It is Sanam Patel’s place, and we have set up our office there to run Htce Skill Development. Being so close to the bus stand in Sambalpur makes it pretty convenient for people coming in from other parts of Orissa. We have been here for a while now, and it is a good spot for our team. The building is just a regular house, nothing fancy at all, and we like it that way because it feels more personal for the students. We spend our time working on skill development, which basically means we help people learn how to do things better so they can find work. It is a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the buses going in and out nearby, but you get used to the sound after a week or two. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that, just us trying to make a difference in Sambalpur. We handle the training and the paperwork right from the house. It feels more like a community spot than a cold office. People drop by sometimes just to ask questions, and we try to give them a straight answer. It is just how we do things in Laida. We keep the doors open and stay busy with the lessons and the daily scheduling.
