Hindalco Industries Ltd

We are located in Quarter E-2/3 in the Hindalco Main Colony in Hirakud. Being inside the colony makes things very convenient since most of us live just a short walk away. This is where we handle the local business for Hindalco Industries Ltd in this part of Orissa. The building is an older style, typical of the quarters here, but it’s sturdy and does what we need it to do. It’s not a high-tech office with neon lights. We have some basic wooden desks, a few old filing cabinets, and some chairs that have been around for a long time. We spend our days dealing with the local paperwork and making sure the operations in the area go smoothly. It’s a tight-knit group of people working here. We know each other’s families and often share snacks during the break. The weather in Hirakud can get pretty intense, so we’re usually either fighting the heat or the rain. We don't worry about sounding like a big corporation. We just talk like normal people and focus on the tasks at hand. If a problem comes up, we sit down and figure it out together without any fuss. It’s a very direct and unpretentious way to work. We’ve been part of the landscape here for a long time and we just keep doing what we do every day without overcomplicating things.
