Basanti Construction

We've been operating out of Jharsuguda Road for a while now. It gets busy around here, especially with the heavy trucks going back and forth all day. Basanti Construction isn't a big corporate name, just a local outfit trying to get things built. Construction isn't easy work, it's mostly about showing up early and staying until the job is actually finished. Our office is easy to find if you’re heading down that way, though it's nothing fancy to look at. We mostly handle building projects and some site work nearby. Some days the heat is a real problem, but we keep the team moving. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a big lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. Just some desks and a lot of paperwork. Usually, someone is out on a site while one or two of us stay back to handle calls and suppliers. We deal with concrete, bricks, and a lot of dust. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them right there on the road. That’s just how it goes in this business. People in the district know where we are. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem, we talk about it and find a way to make it work. The coffee in the office isn't great, but it gets us through the mornings. We’ve seen the area change over the years. More traffic now. But we’re still here doing the same kind of work.
