Ak Mohanty Engineers & Contractors

We've been around Sindurpank for a while now. Ak Mohanty Engineers & Contractors is based right near the Pitabali Mandir in Dhanupali. It's just a regular office where we handle engineering and contracting work. My uncle started this, and we've kept it going since. Sometimes the phones are busy, but we try to get back to everyone. People know where we are. We do a lot of site work around here. It isn't anything fancy, just solid work. The road gets a bit dusty near the temple, but you can find us easily enough. We have a few trucks and some gear parked out back. Most days start early. We finish when the light goes down usually. Some of the guys have been with us for years. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the jobs that come our way. If you walk past the temple, you'll see our gate. We mostly deal with local projects. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a big front desk or anything like that. You just come in and ask for whoever is around. Usually, there's some chai going on in the morning. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It's a simple setup. We know the area well and have seen a lot of changes in Dhanupali over the years. That's pretty much who we are.
