This is Samta Mushroom Producer Company Limited. We are based out of Nud in the Samba area. Our main office is at Pawan Kumar’s place, who is the son of Sh. Op Parkash. We focus mostly on mushrooms around here. It started as a small idea because mushrooms grow well if you know what you are doing. Samba is a good place for this kind of work. We aren't some big city firm with a glass office. We operate right from the local neighborhood. It's a bit quiet in Nud but that suits us just fine. Growing things takes time and patience, especially mushrooms. Pawan and the rest of us spend a lot of time checking on the crops and making sure everything is moving along as it should. We don't use any fancy talk here. We just talk about the weather and the yield. If you are looking for us, just ask for the place in Nud. People know us around Samba. It’s a group of people who just wanted to do something with the land we have. The daily routine is pretty simple but it keeps everyone occupied. We don't have a big marketing team, just our hands and the work we do every day. It's a straightforward business and we like it that way.
