We are located out in Village Suchani, which is in the Vijaypur area of District Samba. It’s a very different vibe than being in the middle of Jammu city. Our office is set up at Neha Rani’s place. It is a quiet, rural setting, which actually makes it quite nice to work in because you don't have all that city noise and traffic to deal with. Jamwal N S Buildtech (Opc) Privatelimited is based right here in the village. It’s a small, one-person company setup in a way, so the office is very simple. We have a desk, a computer, and some space for our building tech documents. Being in Samba means we are close to a lot of the newer development areas, but we still have that village feel at the office. We usually start the day early before it gets too hot. You can hear the sounds of the village, like tractors in the distance or people working in the fields nearby. It’s a very honest place to run a buildtech business from. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. People in the village know where we are, and that is usually enough. We just focus on our technical work and the building projects we have on our plate. It’s a peaceful spot that lets us concentrate on what we need to get done without any big distractions. Sometimes we walk down the road to get some fresh air.
