We’ve been set up here for some time now. The office is really just a room where we keep our files and meet with people who need work done. We aren't the type to wear ties or sit in fancy meetings all day. Most of our time is spent out on the roads or at building sites. It’s hard work, but we like it. The local crew we work with has been with us for years. We know the ground here and how the soil acts during the monsoon, which matters a lot for building. Sometimes we have to deal with supply shortages or power cuts, but we manage to get things through. We aren't some big corporation from far away. We live right here in the same ward.
