VIUT CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

This is a small operation run out of Samastipur. We’re located in Veer Kunwar Singh Colony, specifically at Uttam Singh’s place in Ward 7. It’s an OPC, so it’s mostly just one person leading the charge with a small crew when needed. We focus on building projects around the Kashipur area. It’s not a huge company with hundreds of workers. It’s more personal than that. When you call us, you’re usually talking to the person who’s actually going to be standing on the site. We do a lot of residential work like extensions, small houses, and repair jobs. Samastipur is growing, and there’s always someone needing a wall moved or a new room added. We keep our overhead low so we don't have to charge people for things they don't get. Our office is basically a room in the colony where we keep the records. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. We just have our tools and our experience. Most of our work comes from people telling their cousins or neighbors about us. We try to be honest about what things cost because nobody likes surprises when it comes to money. We’re just local people building for other local people. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do well. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always just to get the wall straight and the job done. We just keep moving.
