Umesh Engicon is based in Village Chaita Uttari. We are under the Angarghat police station and you get here via Ujiarpur in Samastipur. It is a very rural part of Bihar and we are proud to work here. Our business is a mix of engineering and construction. We handle the kind of projects that help the local community, like small buildings or road repairs. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of money to spend on advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or they know someone we’ve worked for before. The office is just a simple space in the village. We don't have air conditioning or fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. Working in Samastipur means we have to deal with the floods sometimes and the very hot summers. It’s not an easy life, but we like the work. We aren't trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of local guys who know a bit about engineering. We don’t use complicated language or try to impress people with big words. We just show up, do the work, and hope it helps someone.
