Surajit Dey Exports Private Limited

Our office is located in Samastipur, specifically at Magardahighat in Ward No. 10. We are operating out of Amit Kumar Jha’s place, who is the son of Ramanand Jha. Surajit Dey Exports Private Limited has been based here for a while now. Magardahighat is a well-known area in Samastipur, and it’s always got a lot of movement. You can hear the sounds of the town all day long from here. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Bihar. We have a couple of rooms where we keep all our export files and the computers we use for our daily tasks. It’s not a very big setup, but it’s enough for what we need to do. The streets around Ward 10 are narrow and can get crowded during the market hours, so we usually try to get our errands done early in the morning. We spend a lot of time checking through documents and making sure everything is in order. Samastipur weather can be quite tough, especially during the peak of summer, so we have a few fans running constantly to stay cool. We usually have lunch together in the small back room. It’s a very grounded way of working, without any of the pretense you find in larger corporations. We just show up, do our jobs, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady life here at the ghat.
