Srm Builders & Land Developers Private Limited is a small operation based in Block- Ujiarpur. You can find us at C/O Ram Choudhary, located in Tola Choubhag within the village of Pataili. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning and fancy furniture. Our space is very simple, which is how we like it. We focus on land development and building projects right here in the local area. A lot of our time is spent out in the fields, looking at plots of land and figuring out how to best develop them for the local families. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sell people things they don't need. Usually, folks just come to us because they have seen what we’ve built in Pataili. It is a slow and steady kind of business. We have to deal with a lot of government paperwork, which can be frustrating, but it’s just part of the job. Our office in Choubhag is where we sit down and go through all the maps and legal papers with our clients. It’s a quiet place where we can focus on the details without any distractions. We are proud to be part of the Ujiarpur community and we try to do work that people will be happy with for a long time.
