This place in Dalsinghsarai started because people in the village really needed it. Sriram Kumar Rajan runs things here near Ganj Road. We are situated on Sujan Devi’s land, right in the middle of the community. It’s a specialized spot, mostly focusing on things like snake bites and poisoning cases because that happens a lot around here during the farming season. We aren't a big flashy building with glass windows. It's more of a practical setup where we keep the medicine ready for emergencies. My brother helps out with the records sometimes. People come from all over the block when there is an accident in the fields. It can get pretty stressful at night, but we stay open. There’s a lot of noise from the road sometimes, but inside we try to keep it calm. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If someone gets hurt or bitten, they bring them here, and we do what needs doing. It’s been this way for a long time. Sujan Devi’s family is still very involved in how the place looks. We keep a few benches outside for the relatives to sit on while they wait. It’s not a fancy waiting room, just some wood and shade. We just want to make sure the locals have somewhere to go without traveling to the big city. The gate is a bit squeaky, but we are always here. It is just a part of the village life for us.
