Shiv Shakti Stores

Shiv Shakti Stores is located right across from the Kamla Petrol Pump on Gola Road in Samastipur. If you get lost, just look for Hotel Sandhya Deluxe because we are quite near there as well. The street can get really packed with motorcycles and trucks waiting for fuel, so it's always lively outside our front door. We have been running this store for a while, and the walls have seen a lot of seasons. We carry a bit of everything, the kind of things people realize they forgot at the last minute. It isn't a huge place, but we use every inch of the shelves. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a specific item a customer is asking for. Samastipur gets quite hot, so we usually have the fan going full blast behind the counter. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our customers are people living nearby or travelers who stopped at the pump and saw us. We just focus on keeping the shop open and the inventory replenished. The routine is the same every day—opening the shutters, sweeping the floor, and checking what needs to be ordered. It is a simple life and we know most of the people who walk in. Dealing with the local suppliers takes up a lot of our mornings. We just try to stay helpful and keep the business running as best as we can.
