If you are looking for Nitish Ice Cream, you will find us at Shop No.4 in Sahiyar Village. We are right by the Rosera Post Office, so it is easy to spot us if you are coming to pick up mail or send a package. Being in the Rosera Block means we see a lot of familiar faces from around the village every single day. The shop is located on State Highway 88, so there are always trucks and cars passing by, making the road quite noisy. Sometimes the dust from the highway gets into everything, so we spend a lot of time with a rag in hand cleaning the benches and the fridge lids. It is a simple place with a few benches where people can sit for a minute. The kids usually come by after school when they have a few coins to spend on something sweet. We have been here for a while and have seen the village change a bit, but the routine stays mostly the same for us. We open up early to get things ready before the sun gets too high and the heat starts to bake the pavement outside. It can get pretty cramped in the shop when a whole family comes in at once, but we manage to get everyone what they want. It is just a regular village shop trying to keep things running day by day without too much fuss.
