Out here in Samastipur, in the Kalyanpur block, things move at a bit of a different pace than the bigger cities. Medideal Pharmaceutical Private Limited is set up in a village called Barheta, specifically in the area known as Tola-Barheta. It’s a quiet spot under the 848302 zip code. When you come down this way, you see a lot of green and open space which is nice for a change. Our office is part of the Panch-Barheta community. We spend our mornings getting things ready and checking on our supplies. It is a simple setup because we don't need much to do our work properly. The neighbors are mostly families who have lived in Barheta for generations, so everybody knows who is who. Sometimes a stray dog will wander by the front door or you’ll hear a tractor in the distance from one of the nearby fields. It feels very grounded being away from the main highway noise. We’ve settled in well here. The address is easy to find once you get into the village. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls, it is just a practical space where we handle our business. We like the fact that it’s peaceful and we can just focus on the work we have for the day without too many distractions coming from the outside world. It’s a slow life but it suits us well and we enjoy being part of this local village.
