We are located in Samastipur, Bihar, in the Mohanpur area near Nakkuasthan. The address is actually the home of Sri Yamuna Prasad Yadav. It’s quite far from the main steel plants in Chhattisgarh, but this is where we manage our local operations. The office isn't much to look at, just a few rooms with old desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time tracking shipments and dealing with the paperwork that comes with the steel and power industry. It gets very hot here in the summer, and sometimes the power goes out for a few hours, so we just sit outside and talk until it comes back. It's a small, family-run kind of atmosphere. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing brochures. We just focus on getting the steel to the right people at the right time. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how things go. Mohanpur is a quiet place, but we stay busy with the trucks coming and going. Sometimes the roads are bad after the rain, which makes deliveries a bit of a challenge. We just take things one day at a time. It’s honest, steady work and we’ve been doing it at this location for a long time now. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and going over the delivery logs while we wait for the next shipment to arrive.
