Durga Agrocare Pvt. Ltd is situated out in Kashipur. It is a quiet enough place compared to the big cities, but things get moving fast when the farming season starts. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It is mostly just desks, some old metal files, and a lot of talk about crops and the weather. We have basic furniture and a lot of calendars on the walls to keep track of the different planting cycles. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait it out while talking about the local news. The staff here has been around for a long time, so everyone knows what needs to happen without much instruction. We don't do big presentations. Usually, it is just a conversation over a plastic chair about what someone needs for their soil. We try to keep the paperwork in order, though it tends to pile up during the peak months. It is just a regular group of people working together to make sure supplies get where they are supposed to go.
