Our place is out in Gouspur Sarsauna, which is near Tajpur in Samastipur. It's a quiet area mostly, very different from the big cities. We handle agro-industrial work here. Basically, we take what comes from the fields around us and process it. My family has been around here for a long time, so we know the land well. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space for our equipment. We have a few guys from the village who come in early every morning to start the work. Usually, it's dusty and loud once the engines get going. We don't spend much on advertising because people around here already know who we are. If someone needs something, they just walk up to the gate or call. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just how it is in rural Bihar. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It's just us doing the daily grind. We deal with various crops depending on the season. It keeps us busy all year round. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the trucks get loaded on time. It is straightforward work for straightforward people. It is a lot of physical labor, moving sacks and checking the moisture in the seeds.
