We are Gajasa Dairy & Milk Farming Private Limited. Our dairy and milk farming business is located at Sapta Road, Ward Number 7, at the home of Prem Chandra Jha. Working in dairy means the day starts very early, usually while everyone else is still asleep. We have to handle the milking and then get everything ready for transport. The Sapta Road area is where we operate from, and it’s a place where you can still hear the cows in the morning. We don't have a corporate building; it’s just a functional space where we manage the milk production. There are always cans to be cleaned and floors to be hosed down. It is hard work and your hands are rarely dry or clean for long. We focus on the daily routine of keeping the animals healthy and the milk moving out to the customers. Prem Chandra Jha has been here for years, and the business is tied into the local community. We don't put on any acts or use big marketing slogans. We just provide milk. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when the monsoon rains turn the paths to mud, but the cows still need milking regardless. It’s a life tied to the seasons and the animals. We just keep doing what we've been doing, day in and day out, ensuring the milk is ready every single morning. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living and we are fine with that.
