Choudhary & Sagar Builders Private Limited is based out of Village Lakhraw in Ward-01. We run the business from Lalita Devi’s place, which serves as our main point of contact for anyone looking to get some building done. Lakhraw is a place where people value hard work, and that’s what we try to give every day. We aren't a big, polished firm with a bunch of secretaries. Usually, it's just us handling the phone calls and making sure the workers have what they need for the day's tasks. Construction in a village like this means being flexible. Sometimes a truck can't get through, or we have to wait on a specific type of stone. We do all sorts of building work, from small walls to entire houses. It’s a lot of physical labor and being out in the elements, but we enjoy seeing something finished at the end of the month. Our neighbors in Ward-01 know us well, and we get most of our jobs just by being around and doing a solid job for someone down the road. We keep our paperwork simple and our focus on the actual building sites. It’s not always glamorous, and there’s always plenty of dust and mud involved. But we’ve been doing this for a while now, and we know how to handle the local challenges that come up. We just take it one project at a time. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well enough.
