BHIKHUA CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPER PRIVATE LIMITED

Our company, Bhikhua Construction and Developer, is based out of Rasulpur in Kurtha Tola. It’s a family-oriented place where Satish Kumar and Mehesh Prasad Bhikhua look after the operations. The office is right there in the village, so everyone knows who we are and what we are doing. We don't have a big corporate office in the city because we prefer being close to where we grew up. Construction is what we understand best. We take on jobs around the Rasalpur area, helping people build their homes or small commercial spots. It is a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the construction sites. Some days are slow and some are incredibly busy when the materials arrive. We deal with the usual headaches like weather delays or labor shortages, but that is part of the job. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build solid structures that last. People around here trust us because they see us every day. We use simple tools and traditional methods mostly, though we keep an eye on how things are changing. It is a practical business run by practical people. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth in the village is more than enough for us. If you are walking through Kurtha Tola, you will probably see us or one of our projects. We take pride in just getting the work done without making a big fuss about it.
