Anudesya Nidhi Limited

The office for Anudesya Nidhi Limited is located right in the middle of village life in Singhesar Asthan. We operate out of Rajaram Chaudhary’s place, he’s the son of Sri Devanchaudhary, and everyone around here knows the family. It is a very local setup. You won't find any glass partitions or air conditioning here. Instead, we have open doors and the sound of the village outside. Most days, we are busy with the small details of running a Nidhi company. People from the village come in with their savings, and we sit down and go through the passbooks together. It is very hands-on. We know most of the people who come through the door by their first names, and often we know their parents too. That is just how it is in a place like Singhesar Asthan. We try to keep the paperwork as simple as possible because no one likes staring at complicated forms for hours. Rajaram is usually around to oversee things and make sure the atmosphere stays friendly and relaxed. We aren't looking to grow into some massive corporation; we just want to keep things running smoothly for the people right here. If the power goes out, we just open the windows wider and keep on writing. It is a practical way of living and working that suits the community we are part of every single day.
