Amit Sales

Amit Sales is located in Ward No.8, right in the Village & Post Office area of Mohanpur. We are in Tehsil Patori, not too far from the State Bank of India. Being near the bank helps out since everyone in the village knows where that is. We sell all sorts of things that people around here might need for their houses or farms. The shop is a bit of a mix of everything, really. We keep the shelves stocked with whatever seems to be in demand at the time. It is a local place where the neighbors stop by to chat just as much as they do to buy stuff. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for because the shelves are so full. We try to keep it organized, but it can get cluttered when a new shipment of boxes arrives and we are still unpacking them. Mohanpur is a quiet place for the most part, but it gets a lot busier on the market days. We open up early in the morning because that is when most people are out doing their errands. We have been here for years and know almost everyone who walks through the door by their name. We do not have a website or anything fancy, we just talk to people face to face. It is a simple way of doing business. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just sit outside.
