Our factory is at C-52 in the Industrial Focal Point in Nabha. If you are looking for us, we are right near the big water tank. It’s a landmark everyone uses around here to find their way. P & J Foods India is basically a big shed with some heavy machinery inside. It’s loud, it’s hot in the summer, and there is always something that needs oiling or fixing. We started this because there was a need for local food processing in the Patiala district. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass office and fancy chairs. We are right there on the floor with the workers most of the day. Usually, we are covered in flour or whatever we are working with that week. The trucks come in early to drop off the raw materials, and we spend the rest of the day getting it ready for the market. We don't have a lot of time for meetings or long talks. We’d rather be making sure the machines are running right. Sometimes the water tank nearby leaks and the ground gets a bit muddy, but we just put down some wooden planks and keep moving. It’s just regular work for us. We try to be honest with our suppliers and get the products out on time. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours. We’ve been here a few years now and we just keep at it.
