Our workplace is over in Nilokheri, in the Karnal district. We are at Plot No 32 in the Shanti Nagar area, specifically near the hospital. It’s a decent neighborhood, though it gets a bit busy with people coming and going from the hospital nearby. The office itself is nothing to brag about. It’s just a solid, functional space where we handle our business. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a corner where we keep the records. The pin code is 132117. Living and working in Haryana, you get used to the changing seasons, from the dusty summers to the freezing winters. We don’t have a big corporate manual or a bunch of rules about how to talk. We just speak plain English and get our tasks sorted. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We don’t use any promotional language or try to sound better than we are. We are just a local office doing our part. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh when things go wrong, like when the printer jams for the tenth time in a day. It’s just a normal, slightly messy, real-life office. Most of us grew up around here, so we are part of the local community. It’s just how we live and work in this little corner of the world.
