Our workshop is located in the village of Sandhir, which is part of the Nilokheri area in the Karnal district. It’s right in the heart of Haryana. Being out in the VPO area means we are surrounded by fields and open space. It’s a different vibe than the big cities. We focus on research and development, but in a very practical, hands-on way. We have some machines and tools set up in an old building. It’s not a high-tech lab with white coats and sterile rooms. It’s more of a place where we get our hands dirty trying to figure out how to make things work better. The locals know us as the people who are always tinkering with something. We’ve been in Sandhir for many years. Most of our workers live in the village or just a short bike ride away. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs to be decided, we just talk it over while having some tea. The pace of life is a bit slower here, which gives us time to think about the problems we are trying to solve. Sometimes the cows wander near the entrance, and the power can be a bit unreliable during the monsoon. But we like it here. It’s a quiet place to do honest work without any distractions from the outside world. We just take each day as it comes and try to build things that work.
