Charak Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is based out on Jaurasi Road in Village Panti, which is near Samalkha along the GT Road. Being located in a village area means we have a bit more space than the offices in the city, but it also means we are right in the middle of a more rural setting. Our facility is a large, practical building where we process various pharmaceutical and herbal products. The smell of the herbs is something you notice as soon as you walk in, and it stays with you all day. We have a lot of workers from the local village who help us with the production and packaging. It is a steady environment, and we do not have a lot of the flashiness you see in big city companies. The floors are hard concrete, and the machines have a constant hum that we have all grown used to. We use the GT Road for all our transport, which is handy but can be a bit slow when the traffic is heavy. We do not have a big PR team writing fancy things about us. We are just a group of people who have been making these products for a long time. Our office is just a simple room with some old files and a computer for the basic accounts. We show up every morning, do our shifts, and keep the production line moving. It is a simple, hardworking life out here.
