We have been running things here at Yercaud Landscape Property India Pvt Ltd for a while now. Our office is over at 277-B, Selva Complex in Avk Nagar. If you know where the New Bus Stand in Alagapuram is, we are right opposite that. It is a busy spot but easy enough to find. We mostly look after land and houses around this part of Tamil Nadu. People stop by when they are looking for a bit of ground or maybe something up in the hills. The traffic near the bus stand can be a bit much in the mornings, but we are usually here by then. It is just a regular office where we keep our files and meet people who want to talk about real estate. Most of the time it is just us handling the paperwork and making sure things are in order. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just some chairs and a desk where we work. Living and working around Alagapuram means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We know the roads and the neighborhoods pretty well because we spend a lot of time out looking at sites. If you are walking past the complex, you might see our sign. It is a local operation, nothing too complicated. We just try to get the jobs done and help out whoever walks through the door looking for a place. It’s a lot of work but we keep at it.
