Xantrick Architects

Xantrick Architects is located at No : 5 in the G.V. Complex, right by the Thiruvagoundanoor Roundana. It’s a busy spot near the Bangalore Bye-Pass, so there is always noise from the trucks and buses going past. Our office is just a regular room filled with computers, large-scale printers, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We’ve been here in this complex for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic outside. Most of our days are spent sitting at the drafting tables or going over structural details. It's a lot of technical stuff that might seem boring to some, but it keeps us busy. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a handful of people who know how to put a building together on paper. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage to get things done. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello to whoever walked in. It’s a straightforward way of working that suits us. We spend a lot of time checking on local regulations and making sure the plans fit what’s allowed by the city. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do every day from morning until the sun goes down and we head home. We just focus on the drawings and the math.
