You can find us on Nh-47, specifically on the Sangagiri Main Road in Seeragapadi. This is the Virapandi area near Salem. It is a large site and we have a lot of ground to cover every day. Being on the main road means we get people coming in from all the nearby villages and the city itself. The hospital is spread out and there is a lot of walking from one department to another. We have many people working here, from the cleaners to the senior staff. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the outpatient clinics open. The sun gets very hot out here on the Sangagiri road, so we try to keep the indoor areas as cool as possible. The waiting halls are usually quite full with families sitting together. We have a lot of equipment to look after and the maintenance team is always fixing something. It is just a regular hospital life where we deal with what comes our way. We do not have any flashy advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or just see the sign while driving on Nh-47. We keep the registers updated and make sure the wards are tidy. It is a big operation but we try to keep it feeling local and friendly for the people from Seeragapadi and beyond. We just do the work and keep the place running 24 hours a day.
