You’ll find Universal Trans World at Shop No 3 in the Chinthamani Complex. We are at 282 Lic Colony Road in Alagapuram. The shop is on the road that leads to Hotel Vasantham. It’s a busy little corner of Salem 636004. Being in a complex means we have neighbors who are also running their small businesses. We’ve got a little shop front where we handle all our travel work. It isn't a massive corporate office. It's just a small room with a desk and some files. We deal with transport and travel things every day. Alagapuram is a good area, people are always moving about. We get folks stopping in while they are on their way to the hotel or just walking down Lic Colony Road. We don’t use any marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can do and what the cost is. It’s very direct. The Chinthamani Complex has been around for some time, and we've settled in nicely. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic on the road, but we don't mind. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s a honest living. We keep our hours, do our work, and go home. That's the way Universal Trans World operates.
