It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and small tools. Salem is a good place to be, even if it gets really hot during the middle of the year. Our building is pretty simple, nothing too special to look at from the street. Inside, we have our workstations set up where we handle all the electronic pieces. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just care about getting the electronics sorted and sent out. The staff here are mostly from around the local area, so we all know each other pretty well. It’s a steady environment, though it can get a bit frantic when we have a big shipment to prepare. We just take it day by day. Sometimes the parts don't arrive on time, or something goes wrong with a machine, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s just the reality of running a small electronics place in 636 302 In. We like the work we do and we’re glad to be doing it here in Jagir Salem. It’s a practical business and we keep things simple.
