You can find Sri Shubham Cabs at No 1 Prince Plaza within the Parkavan Plaza area in Ammapettai. We are right by the Tms Bus Stop, which is a very busy spot in Salem. There’s always a crowd outside, especially when the big buses arrive from other cities. We set up shop here because people always need a cab when they get off the bus and want to get home quickly. Our office is small, just enough space for a couple of chairs and a phone that rings quite a lot during the day. We spend our time talking to drivers on the radio and making sure someone is available for the next call that comes in. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, especially during the morning rush or when it starts raining and everyone wants a ride at once. We don't use any fancy booking systems, just a notebook and a pen to keep track of who is where. Ammapettai is a lively neighborhood, and being at Prince Plaza means we see everything that goes on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, we just want to make sure the people who call us get a ride when they need it. Sometimes the traffic in Salem makes it hard to be exactly on time, but we try our best to get there as fast as we can. It’s a simple operation run by people who live right here in the city.
