Sri Selva Ganapathy Travels

Out here on Sottayakavunder Street in Mannarpalayam, things stay pretty consistent for us at Sri Selva Ganapathy Travels. We are tucked into the Allikuttai area of Salem, which is a decent and quiet place to be based. The address is 71/3, and most of the locals know the lane well. It’s not the biggest street in town, so sometimes parking can be a bit of a puzzle for the vehicles, but we manage somehow. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just chatting with folks who walk into the office. The neighborhood is generally quiet, though it picks up during the morning and evening commute hours. We focus on getting people where they need to go, whether it’s just across town or much further out. There’s no big corporate office here, just our desks and the keys to the vehicles we manage. We’ve seen Salem change quite a bit over the years, but the way we do things stays mostly the same. You have to keep the cars running well because nobody likes a breakdown when they’re in a hurry for a trip. Our spot in the 636008 zip code works out well for the different routes we take. It’s a lot of early mornings and sometimes very late nights when a trip comes back behind schedule. We just take it all as it comes. It feels good to be part of the local community and help out with travel needs when people ask. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just a local business.
