Sri Bharavar Travels

Our place, Sri Bharavar Travels, is located right on Kovai Road in Mallikundam. If you know the Salem area, you know this road stays busy with trucks and buses passing through all day long. We started this because there was not much for travel options right in this specific part of Mallikundam. It is mostly just me and a couple of drivers who live nearby. We keep the cars parked out front in the open space. It is not a big corporate operation or anything like that. Just a local business. We handle a lot of trips for people going into the city or maybe further down toward Coimbatore. The office is small, just enough space for a chair and the registers we use. Sometimes we are all out on a trip so the shutter might be down, but usually someone is around to answer the phone. We have been here for a few years now. The neighborhood knows us. We do not use fancy apps, just pen and paper for the schedule. It works fine for what we do. We try to keep the vehicles clean, though the dust from Kovai Road makes it a bit of a daily chore. If you need to go somewhere, you just stop by and talk to us. We will tell you straight if we can make the trip or not. No sense in making promises we cannot keep. It is a simple life running a travel desk here.
