If you are looking for Sri Balaji Travelles, we are located right opposite the Powergrid in the K.R. Thoppur area of Tharamangalam. It’s a bit of a landmark around here, so we are easy to find. The area is usually a bit quieter than the main town center, which is nice for us. We started this travel business because we saw people in the Thoppur area needed a reliable way to get into Salem or other towns nearby. Most of our work involves local trips, though we do get the occasional long-distance booking for weddings or holidays. Our office is simple and functional. We don't go for anything fancy. We spend our days making sure the cars are in good shape and that the drivers are ready to go. The road out front gets a fair amount of traffic from people working at the Powergrid, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. We aren't a big corporation, just a local business trying to make things work. We have a few vehicles that we look after ourselves. Sometimes it’s busy and we are rushing around, and other times we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we just focus on getting the job done. If you are near the Powergrid, you will see our vehicles parked out front. It is just a normal shop run by local people.
