Sri Amman Polymers

Our place is at No. 212/2-A in NKN Nagar, over in Saraswathi Patti. We work with polymers and different kinds of plastic materials. It is much more of a workshop than a fancy business office. We have our machines running most of the day, so there is usually a fair amount of noise and the smell of materials being processed. We have been in this spot for a few years now and have gotten to know the neighbors pretty well. The area is a mix of small shops and houses. It is not the easiest place to find if you are not from this neighborhood, but we like it here. We handle different types of polymer products depending on what our customers ask for. The floor is just plain concrete and there are usually bags of raw material stacked up against the walls. We don't have a big staff, just a few local guys who know how to work the machines. We don't use any high-tech systems for our office work, just some notebooks and a basic computer. Sometimes the power goes out, which stops everything, but we just take a break until it comes back on. We have a small desk area near the front door where we talk to people and handle the paperwork. It is a bit dusty and very practical. We just focus on getting our work done right and making sure the orders are ready on time for whoever needs them.
