We've been here at No 195 on Tamil Sangam Road for quite a while now. Most people find us because we are tucked right behind Anna Park in the Rajaram Nagar area of Hastampatti. It's a busy enough spot but once you get inside the gates, things quiet down a bit. Our work revolves around Siddha medicine and the traditional ways of handling health issues. People come in with all sorts of concerns, and we just try to help them out using what we know. The building itself isn't fancy, just a practical place where the work gets done every day. We spend a lot of time preparing things and talking to folks who walk through the door. Usually, it's locals from around Salem, but sometimes people travel from further away if they've heard about us from a neighbor. The staff here mostly keeps to themselves and focuses on the tasks at hand, whether that's checking supplies or cleaning up the consultation rooms. You might see some of us out front near the park during a break. It's a simple setup. We don't have big signs or anything flashy. Most people just know the address and show up when they need something. We open early most mornings and stay until the last few people are seen. It gets a bit crowded on some days, especially when the weather is nice and the park is full, but we manage. Just a regular place doing regular work in Hastampatti. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the medicine is what matters.
