Shri Surakksha Speciality Medical Centre is located over on Cherry Road, right near the Mulluvadi Gate. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty congested with the traffic around the gate, but we have been here at number 148 for a while. We are a private limited setup, which sounds formal on paper, but inside it is just us doing our daily rounds and helping patients with their health issues. We deal with various specialties, so there is always something different happening in the hallways. The building is easy enough to spot once you get past the main intersection. People come in with all sorts of concerns, and we do our bit to look after them. It isn't a massive hospital like the ones you see in the big cities, but we have enough space and equipment to handle the local needs. Our nurses and office staff have been around long enough to know most of the regular faces who come through. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it is quiet enough to hear the clock ticking in the lobby. We just focus on getting people seen and making sure they understand what the doctor said before they head home. It is a straightforward operation here. No big frills or shiny glass walls, just a place to get checked out when you aren't feeling right or need a specialist to take a look.
