You can find Shobananithinthreads Design over at the KKC Plaza in Sankari. It is a One Person Company, so it is a pretty small and personal operation run by Shobana Gopalan. We are located right in the heart of Salem, Tamil Nadu, with the pincode 637301. Being in a plaza means there are always people coming and going, but we just stay focused on the threads and designs we have in front of us. It is not a giant factory or anything like that. It is more of a dedicated space where the actual work of designing happens. We do not have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to get the orders finished on time. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a lot of work comes in at once. We like being in Sankari because it is a familiar area and easy for people to reach. The office isn't decorated with anything special, just the tools we need and some desk space. We do not really do big advertisements. Most of the people who come to us are local or have heard about Shobana’s work through word of mouth. It is a practical setup. We handle the designs, check the thread work, and make sure everything is sorted out for the day. It is just a regular local business trying to do things right in our own way without any extra polish or unnecessary overhead.
