Shah Auto Centre

Shah Auto Centre is located at Plot No. 4 A/4 in the Salem Mangalam Plaza, right on A.A. Road. Being in the plaza means we have a bit more of a standard storefront than some other places, but it’s still very much a working shop. We carry a wide range of auto parts and accessories. The shelves are packed, and sometimes we use the floor space for the bigger items like bumpers or exhaust pipes. It can get a little crowded when we have a shipment arriving. We spend most of our time answering the phone and checking our stock levels. A.A. Road is usually busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside our door. We’re not into big fancy displays. We just put the parts out where people can see them. Our customers are mostly local car owners and some small garage owners from the nearby area. We’ve been here since the plaza opened up, and we’ve seen shops come and go. We just keep doing our thing. The office area is just a small desk in the back where we keep our receipts and records. It’s not very tidy, but we know where everything is. We don't use any high-tech systems, just common sense and a good knowledge of what fits what. If you need a part, we’ll look it up and tell you the price. Simple as that. We have a small stool for customers to sit on if they have to wait.
