Sathyam Traders

We've been at 181/1 for a while now, just behind Arrs Silks on Salem Road. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. People mostly come by to see what’s in stock. We deal with various trading goods. It’s a family-run kind of thing, nothing too fancy. My brother and I usually open up early in the morning. Some days are busier than others, especially when the trucks arrive. We try to keep the shop organized, but sometimes things get a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in. Salem Road can get crowded, so most folks park a bit further down. We’ve known many of our customers for years. They stop in for a chat even if they don’t need anything that day. That’s just how it is around here. We don't have a big website or anything, just this physical space. If you are looking for Sathyam Traders, you just look for the big silk shop and head behind it. We keep our doors open until the evening. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just carry on. It's a simple operation. No big office or desks, just us and the inventory. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings coming up and more cars on the road every day. But we stay in the same spot. It works for us and our regulars know where to find us without needing a map.
