We are located over in Ponnammapet, specifically on Thillai Nagar 1st Cross. If you know the area, it’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads. The building is a regular setup for a private hospital. We handle the usual stuff that comes through the door every morning. The staff starts early, usually around eight, getting things ready for the day's patients. It’s mostly local people from the neighborhood who come to see us. We don’t really do much advertising because people just know we are here on the first cross. The hallways are a bit narrow, and we have to move things around sometimes to make space for everyone. It’s a private setup, but it feels like any other local clinic once you step inside. We have some chairs in the waiting area that have been there for years and are getting a bit worn out. People sit and chat while they wait for their turn. It’s not a high-tech place with flashing lights or anything like that. It is more about the routine of checking people and helping them get their medicine. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes here in Ponnammapet. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but it always piles up on the desks by the end of the week. It’s just a normal workplace for us. We’ve been here a long time now and seen plenty of changes.
