S. S. A. G. International

You can find us at 15, Kitchipalayam Main Road. S. S. A. G. International is basically a small team working out of this one building. The main road is always full of activity, which keeps things interesting for us during the day. We handle international trade and stuff like that, but we do it from right here in the neighborhood. The office isn't very large. It’s just enough room for our desks and all the paperwork that comes with shipping things around the world. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls or fancy rugs. It’s more about the folders and the computer screens. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still make it in every day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look or expensive furniture. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and that things arrive on time. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking details on different forms. We talk to people from all over, but we still feel like a local shop. Most of the people around here know us by name and stop to say hello once in a while. We don't use a lot of fancy business jargon because it doesn't really help get the work finished. We just stick to the basics. If a customer calls, they talk to one of us directly. No automated systems or long wait times on the phone.
