Rajan Associates

Rajan Associates is located at 41/13 on Kumarasamy Street in Shevapet. It’s right near the Venus Building, which is a well-known landmark around here. The street is always packed with people and delivery vans, so there’s a lot of energy and noise right outside our door. Inside, the office is a bit more controlled, but it’s still pretty busy most days. We’ve got shelves full of old files because we’ve been doing this for many years now. People come in to ask about buying shops or small plots of land in the area. We don't use any fancy sales tactics; we just show them what’s on the books and tell them the price. There’s a lot of sitting around and waiting for phone calls to be returned or for people to arrive for meetings. Sometimes we go out to the Venus Building to meet people or just to grab a quick snack from the vendors. The office floor is a bit worn down from all the footsteps over the years. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track all the appointments and deadlines for the property taxes. It’s a lot of small details that you have to get right. If you miss one signature, the whole process stops. We just take it one person at a time and try to keep the paperwork moving through the system without too many delays.
