Rajaganapathi Essence Mart

We've been at 54-C, Kamarajar Street for a while now. It's a busy spot, but we like it here. People come to Rajaganapathi Essence Mart when they need specific smells or food essences for their cooking or small businesses. We keep the shelves stocked with all kinds of bottles. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather is hot outside. We just try to keep things organized so you can find what you're looking for without too much trouble. It's not a big fancy place, just a regular shop where we handle a lot of different extracts. My cousin used to help out more, but now it's mostly just us managing the inventory. We have local bakers coming in quite a bit. They usually know exactly what they want, but sometimes someone new walks in feeling a bit lost. We show them where the vanilla or the fruit essences are kept. The street gets a bit crowded in the evenings, making deliveries a little slow sometimes. We do our best to get things sorted quickly though. Most of the labels are handwritten or plain because that's just how we do things here. It's a steady job, keeping track of all these little bottles and making sure nothing runs out. If you’re walking down Kamarajar Street, you’ll probably smell us before you see the sign. It's just a part of the neighborhood now, and we're used to the routine of opening up every morning and checking the stock. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside when it's slow.
