Raajh Associates

Raajh Associates is located right on Kannaki Street at number 233/1. It’s a local street, and most people around here know where we are. We do a lot of work involving houses and land in the immediate area. It’s not a very big office, but it serves the purpose. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us sitting inside talking to neighbors or clients about what’s for sale or rent. The street gets a bit crowded during certain times of the day, but it’s a good place to be. We don’t really use fancy computer programs or anything like that; it’s mostly just files, notebooks, and knowing who owns what plot of land nearby. People come to us because we’ve been around and we know the history of the properties on this side of town. It’s a lot of manual work, walking around to see the sites and making sure everything looks okay. We don’t have a big marketing department. Mostly, people find out about us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign on Kannaki Street. We just try to be helpful and give straight answers when someone asks about a property. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just handling the day-to-day tasks of a small real estate firm in a busy neighborhood. We stay open late sometimes if a client needs to meet after their work shift is over or if the paperwork needs extra attention.
