Raaj Associates

Our office is located at 40 Meenakshi Nagar Road in Gurukkal Colony, Manakkadu. It’s a regular building on a street we know quite well. We’ve been working as Raaj Associates from this spot for some time now. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a couple of chairs for people who come to visit. We spend most of our time dealing with local property matters and helping folks with their paperwork. It’s not the kind of place that has fancy coffee or expensive furniture. We just focus on getting the details right for the people who trust us. Manakkadu is a nice area, and we like being part of the community here. Sometimes we are out looking at houses and other times we are just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. We don't use big words or complicated explanations. We just tell it like it is. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the news, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. That's how it goes when you run a small local business. We keep our records on paper mostly, though we do have a computer for the official stuff. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and we like it that way. We aren't fancy, but we are here every day.
