R Vennila Travels

We've been around Karumalaikoodal for a while now. Most people here in Mettur know where to find us. It’s a busy spot near the station. People come in when they need to get somewhere or if they’re planning a trip and don't want to deal with the headache of doing it all themselves. We just handle the travel side of things. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where we get the work done. My desk is usually covered in papers, but I know where everything is. Running R Vennila Travels takes up most of my day. Mettur-Rs is home to us. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's a bit quieter. We just try to keep things moving. If a car is needed or a ticket has to be sorted, that's what we do. It’s pretty straightforward. We don't have a big team or a lot of complicated rules. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us sitting there ready to talk. The weather in Mettur can get hot, so we usually have the fan going full blast. It’s just how it is. We’ve seen the town change over the years, but the address stays the same. People know the post office nearby, so it's easy to spot us. We aren't trying to be some huge international company. We're just here in the neighborhood helping folks get from point A to point B without a fuss.
